The Jade Rooms

Very close to the train station, quite a few restaurants and shops nearby nearby. The room is fully loaded comes with a tea kettle, cutlery, plates, slippers, plenty of towels, pillows, and body products. Towel service was done daily as well. And the mini fridge had two bottles of water in it.

Great location, very clean room, complimentary biscuits, and genuinely friendly staff. I especially appreciated the hotel manager upgrading us to a larger room upon our request, at no additional charge. What stood out was how professionally and kindly this was handled—no fuss, no excuses, just a smooth and courteous response. For me, that alone is already a strong reason to come back.

The location, the bed!

Great location. Lots of restaurants and market s nearby. Also super close to a metro station.

The property immediately responded to our concerns and gave us a fantastic (Delux?) Double Room on the top floor, which had a King-sized bed, bed-side tables, a fold-out couch, desk, and an armchair, in addition to kitchen and bathroom. This version of a room was great and I would definitely recommend.

The location is amazing, 2 min walk from the hotel to Earls Court tube station, and McD’s KFC BK and even Starbucks/Costa/Pret are located 2-3 mins from the hotel. The room was perfect, with perfectly working AC, microwave and a mini fridge.

Amazing value for money , great manager who was from Jordan …..super helpful and friendly Myself and my Canadian daughter stayed over before a flight back for Christmas ?

We had a really nice day of the Jade we stayed a couple with the baby they didn't get that we need a crib and they got us there and then opening bed how do you say opening bed but other than that the service was really good that they were really nice and it was comfortable there was a bit small for a three suitcases and a stroller and the baby but it was enough for for the night and we really enjoyed our stay

The staff are very nice. Helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street near busy, busy Earl's Court. I liked that.

the room was small. the bed convenience only for 1 person. location was good, easy find food, drink, and near underground train.

Spotlessly clean and fantastic location.

It’s very minimalist in terms of amenities (no breakfast, the room was tight) but the location was AMAZING. It was just a place to sleep and it did the job. There was bag ‘storage’ as it was stowed in the the lobby after check out as we explored London until our flight

Train station is only 4-5 mins by walk. Clean rooms, great hospitality. Thanks for everything
